1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the service.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Company Name, Address, Email, Phone Number) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. email).

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including any applicable delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received proof of the withdrawal or evidence of having cancelled the service, whichever is the earliest.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of digital content which is not delivered on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they lose their right of withdrawal once the performance has been fully completed.
